SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping is always stressfull, I try to send out your package as fast as possible, but as soon as your order has left my station, I can no longer do anything. Shipping costs are lower than what I actually pay, which means I spend a lot on shipping myself. However shipping outside of Europe is still expensive. I cannot change this.

If your package has gone missing please message me so I can see what I can do. Unsure about your shipment arriving? Concider paying a little extra for tracked shipping.
Cancelations & Refunds
You can Cancel your order before it is shipped out, please do this as soon as possible. As long as your order is not dispatched you can cancel and will get a refund.

When your order is dispatched I can not cancel it. Would you still like to return it please message me.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We prefer not receiving returns. I am a small business and shipping and import fees are very expensive. Read the descriptions of the products wisely to make sure you get what you want.

If something is missing or broken in your order we will find a solution together.

Taxes and Fees
Import taxes are to be payed by the customer, I do not have a hand in this.
If you are from the EU or UK, you will be required to pay Value Added Tax (VAT) regardless of the weight or value of your order, when requested.
